House Sale?

Could it be true?? I may be selling my Las Animas property very soon! I won't be making any money on the deal, but at least I'll be able to get rid of $300 - $400 monthly payment. If it goes through I'll be able to start putting that amount into savings. When I paid my car off, I continued making the payment, but to my savings account. I had money saved up in no time for a down payment on a new vehicle. I still need to talk the details over with Jeanine tonight... Stay tuned! :-D
